    Meeting Theme: “Using TCM to Increase Sales and Streamline the Sales/Customer Service Processes”

  • 10:00am – 10:15am – Introductions
  • 10:15am – 11:15am- Using TCM CRM to Increase Sales & Save Money- Jeanette Turner, Quick Cable
    • Jeanette will discuss how Quick Cable uses TCM CRM to track quotes, create/track mailing campaigns, manage trade show leads and collaborate between customer service and sales.
  • 11:15am – 12:00pm – Streamlining Customer Service with Role Based Workbenches- Roger Miller, WorkWise
    • Roger Miller will show how the new Customer Service Role Based Workbench introduced in TCM 9.2 can allow your business to be more responsive to your customers.
  • 12:00pm – 1:00 pm – Lunch- Note: The $25 fee will cover lunch.
  • 1:00pm – 2:00pm – Web Collaboration: Using the Internet to Add Value and Eliminate Waste – Roger Miller, WorkWise & Lori McDonald, Brilliance Business Solutions
    • Lori and Roger will discuss how businesses can save money, increase efficiency, add value to their customers and generate more sales through the integration of TCM eBiz with your website. This presentation will highlight the benefits of the various configurations of TCM eBiz to share information like order status, pricing and product availability or allow customers, distributors, sales people or others to place orders via the Internet.
  • 2:00pm – 3:00pm –R&D Update – New Quoting, Web Configuration, UPS/Fedex Interface Module & RMA Capabilities under development – Tom Schaefer, WorkWise
    • Tom Schaefer will present WorkWise’s plans to enhance the quoting & RMA functions, introduce our new UPS/Fedex Interface module and develop a web-based quoting/configurator.
  • 3:00pm – 4:00pm Breakout Sessions on Topics
