• There will be homework exercises assigned. Students are encouraged to work on their own report projects with instructor assistance.

Prerequisites:

• Each student or the computer used for the workshop must have a DSN(Data Source Name) connecting through ODBC to the database. The preference is that the customer uses a Test company(A recent copy of their Live company) for the workshops. The instructor will be using a local database for the presentation phase.
• The proper version of Crystal either V9.0 or XI R2 depending on their TCM version.
