TCM System Administration

A Windows platform look into TCM security, custom menus, printers and more. Bring your pens and notebook and be ready to interact and learn.  Instructor:  Bill Allison

TCM Data Mining

Entry level class for customers running V6.2.1 or above. This class will discuss the process of extracting TCM data using ODBC and the tools available for data mining. A brief review & demo of ODBC; how it works in accessing TCM data, the use of data mining tools including the TCM Field Locator, printing of record definitions, establishing table relationships and the most used TCM files and tables. Including a demo of report writing in Crystal Reports, Microsoft Excel and Access.  Instructor: Bill Kautz

Inventory Reconciliation Techniques

This session will present a collection of ideas and tools to assist in the process of reconciling TCM perpetual inventory to the Accounting Records. Raw Materials, Finished Goods and WIP will be included. This session will include a review of costing table setup, month end procedures and sample worksheets. Instructor: Mac McHenry and Ted Winston

RMA Processing

The session will train the participants how to use the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing functionality introduced in TCM 9.3. The user will learn how to set up the basic data required for RMA Processing to create and maintain an RMA. You will also learn how to receive and inspect RMA returns, create and process replacement orders and enter labor and travel charges for service providers. Part of the training will include approving and denying RMA claims and creating Credit Memos for approved RMA’s. Instructor: Tom Schaefer

Setting up and Using Role Based Workbenches

Learn how to use Role-Based workbenches to simplify your workflow. You’ll see Customer Service, Financial and Manufacturing workbenches and learn how to use them to complete routine tasks more efficiently. You’ll also learn how to set up user defaults, security, groups and more. Instructor: Steve Johannes

Cost/Enrollment

The cost of each class is $175.00 per person for those attending the customer conference. To register for a class when you register for the conference at the conference registration page.
Note: All class fees include a continental breakfast and a box lunch.

You can also register to attend a class but not the conference for $225 per class.
