Conference Fees
The conference fee of $475 per person includes the two-day conference, access to all presentations post conference, Welcome Reception, lunch on both days and an evening reception on Day One. We can either invoice you for the conference, or you may pay by check.
We are pleased to offer multiple attendee discounts — with more than one attendee from the same company, the second and all subsequent registrations will receive a $50 discount off the conference fee ($425 per person).

Hotel Transportation: Shuttle service to/from General Mitchell Airport (Milwaukee – MKE) is available thru AirportConnections. Discounts are available if you reserve at least 48 hours in advance: www.goairportconnection.com and type in the code WORKW.

Attire for the conference is business casual.

Fees: $55.00 per person (includes 18 holes, carts, range balls, refreshments & prizes!!)
Registration Deadline: September 1
Silver Spring Golf and Banquet Center Rules:
1) Golf shoes must be “spikeless” they are a “spikeless” shoe facility
2) Shirts require a collar – no tee shirts or tank tops are allowed on the course
