Some dates of the TCM Windows Care and Feeding course are designed specifically for users running version 8.0 of TCM. These dates are noted.

Course Description
The how-to’s of TCM running in a Microsoft Windows Environment

This course will help you understand the workings of Microsoft Windows and TCM operating system related functions. You should consider attending this class if you want to:

  • Understand the structure of the TCM installation, folders, usage, data areas
  • Learn how to install / debug client installations of TCM
  • Learn how to customize menus for individuals and/or groups
  • Learn how to develop a disaster plan for TCM servers and recover from minor annoyances to catastrophic failures
  • Have a better understanding of common Windows/Networking terms and definitions required by TCM
